4.3 Refund Policy

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, unless you have accessed or downloaded any exam materials or premium content.
  • Waiver of Cooling-Off Period: By accessing or downloading any exam materials or premium content, you acknowledge that you lose your right to the 14-day cooling-off period, as you have begun consuming the digital content.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that significantly impair your ability to use our Services, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
  • No Refunds for:
    • Used or partially used subscriptions
    • Account terminations due to Terms violations
    • Unauthorized sharing of account credentials
    • Changes in exam requirements or personal circumstances
  • Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted via email with detailed reasoning and your account information.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through your original payment method.
